I had a baby girl, Jasmine,9lb born on 30/04/10!!!

Thanks very much Mary for the techniques, I really enjoyed the classes and cant wait until I join them again during my next pregnancy! although I have just read about your new class on Sundays so might come along to them for postnatal excercise :)
