DATES AND NEW CLASSES
I wish I could write in a little fanfare here. There has been a problem that a lot of my ladies can exercise with us until 26 weeks or so then have 4 weeks off for antenatal classes and find it really hard to get back into it because their fitness drops so much with 4 weeks off.
So ta dah!!
We are moving after Easter from Tuesdays to Mondays 7pm
AND
Sunday classes are back at 11am

May (6th no class) 13th 20 th 17th
June (3rd no class)
6 classes £40
to be paid in full before April 10th to reserve your place please
(the only exception to this rule are the ladies who are due in this time period who will pay a proportion )

7 classes £45 to be paid before April 10th to reserve your space please On a Tuesday evening between 6pm and 7.45 pm either cash or a cheque payable to Mary Burton (the only exception to this rule are the ladies who are due in this time period who will pay a proportion )
Let us keep as fit as is possible and with as good core stability as possible for a s long as possible so that bouncing back is easy.
I am trying to sort out a web payment system for payment all marvellous ideas for the improvement of my service will be welcomed I know you are a bunch of very intelligent women so I welcome any advice you have to offer to improve this service for all of the mothers to be.
You are welcome if you have a bump; If you recently had a baby and have undergone your six-week check-up; or even if you had a baby a few months or even years ago and you have not yet managed to get back into mainstream classes. We will work over a period of weeks to get your core, pelvic floor and muscles sufficiently strong to be able to enjoy mainstream exercise classes without worry.
I will always be there at least 15 minutes prior to the class in case you have any medical concerns you need to chat through, or any requests for inclusion into the class of certain elements, or anything else you need me for.

To book your place on the classes come to Odyssey club on tuesday march 20th, 27th or april 3rd 6 – 8 to pay and book your place on the list for the Aquanatal class with Mary.
If you cannot get onto the very popular aquanatal classes but would like to try the fit back and bumps classes pre or postnatally please do contact me, and /or look at the fit back and bumps website for more information it is a program designed by physiotherapists to address specific issues related to pregnancy and equip women with the knowledge they require to keep healthy and look after their bodies.
fit back and bumps classes will resume at a time that suits the participants
please contact me and I will put together a group or come to me as a group of 4-6 people and we will organise a course for you
